Terrible Service!

Hi Everyone,

I want to share my experience to caution others about this company. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing and unprofessional.

I paid R7,000 for credit profile repair services and dealt with Ritesh and Farzana, who were supposed to assist with my application. Despite my repeated follow-ups and calls, very little progress was made. The lack of professionalism and communication throughout the process has been deeply frustrating.

At this stage, I no longer wish to continue using their services and would like a full refund so that I can take my business elsewhere.

This experience has been extremely unpleasant, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to not conduct business with them.

The level of unprofessionalism and to essentially bag to receive the services you’ve paid for is unprecedented, I’ve never received this kind of terrible service in my life. I caution everyone to not seek for their services I requested to be refunded and was told I will not receive a refund basically I gave 7k charity to sc**** ers I will be exercising my rights with the CPA.
