TERRIBLE SERVICE
I've had such a terrible experience with Erase Debt SA, when I want to cancel and be refunded, I am told I won't get a refund. When I ask what exactly have I paid for? Because I've had such difficulty reaching them since signing up. They have not serviced me, nor have they given me feedback. I don't understand why they are refusing to refund the one payment I made.
