Rude and unprofessional
Rude and very unprofessional. I paid R6000 and was promised a lot of things which none was honored. Also it took a very long time from them to finalize. I would NOT recommend this company at all

We sincerely apologize for the delay in assisting you, but we would like to emphasize that the process does take some time, and it’s not an overnight fix. Please understand that the delays are not on our end, but rather due to the credit bureau.
We have done our best to assist you by removing the accounts we were able to address. However, we did send you a document that you filled out to help us better understand your case. In this document, you mentioned that four of the Nimble accounts under your name were prescribed. After conducting our investigation and disputing these accounts with the credit bureaus, it was found that these accounts were not prescribed and, in fact, you made payments to them in 2022.
We advise that you wait for the three-year period to pass, after which we can dispute those four accounts as prescribed on your behalf.
Regarding the two other paid up accounts under your name, we were able to successfully remove them from your credit report, which led to an improvement in your credit score. Our admin team contacted you to share this positive news as well.
Lastly, when we sent you the outcome of your disputes via email, you mentioned that you no longer wish to communicate with us and would not be responding to any emails or phone calls. However, if you have any further questions regarding your process, please feel free to call or email us, and we will be happy to explain everything to you again.
