19 May 2026, 15:41There is a mix up of complaints, whtether interntiinally or not but there is definitely. I was never assisted by any Reshma or whatsoever but am still being sent from pillar to post by al lady by the name of Jen and a gent by the name of Uday (not sure of the spelling and whether to put their names in capital letters).
I am simply requesting a simple letter with their letterhead and contacts stating what services have I appointed and been paying them from October 2025 to date.
This response doesnt cover me please
