POOR SERVICE , POSSIBLE ****MING!!
After I left my 1st review on Hellopeter , I got a call back from Erase Debt SA , and the woman who phoned me did not get her facts right before calling me , claiming that I owe them money , and after I have paid the full installment , that she would send through paperwork I need to sign in order to get the process going. But I have paid them in full , and I have bank statements to prove it as well , I was helped by another lady with whom I already signed the mentioned paperwork with , where I was assured that the process is in order. Until now I have not received any clarification as to what is going on. Very bad services. I am going to report them to the ombudsman , and taking further action to get my money back.
