Poor customer service

I want Erace debt to release my name from their profile. I don't want them withholding my profile, I want them to release me and they are taking me from pillar to post. They did not keep their promise by removing my name from the debt review. They sold me nothing but lies and they took R7000 from me. Terrible service now they are refusing to release my profile.
