No Option for zero rating.
Once they debit your money, they no longer care about you. I joined them in October till today I have not got anything except the credit report of which I fought for weeks. I am really disappointed with them. They were very quick in answering before deducting money. I have to follow up every week with no luck. Their turnaround time 3-5 days but they do not come back to you. Please don't use this company, they are here to only collect money and go away.
I am planning to go to their offices in Phoenix (if they really exist) and demand my R2300 back. Again once they have your money they will ignore you for good.

19 Dec 2024, 13:09You guys are using agents that misrepresent people. My initial agreement was to remove debt review not to buy the credit report. Ts& Cs were designed on purpose to take advantage of people with "No refund" clause. ****MERS
