no communication from erase debt

Erase debt is not phoning me regards the process. I have signed documents, I have paid in full if I call them the bot tells me im first in the que but they don't answer Trying to communicate for a two months no response 1 call on 18 may and it was supposed to be sorted ut still no feedback dont even reply on my emails
