Good day

I would like to warn everyone about the terrible service and lies which are happening within this company. I requested their services and I was told they need to remove old accounts and enquiries from my account and partners account,which will take 1 week to a month.

I was quoted R14500 which I accepted but refused to sign a debit order form without getting a contract of service to be rendered, I received a link on email and not a formal contract.

The consultant who was helping me has now gone mute and not even providing me with feedback on the accounts after accepting a debit order mandate.

I called the head office and I was told my account is in progress but I can’t speak to the person who responsible and they can’t tell me what they doing under my profile, remember this are my details and I need to be informed of whatever is happening.

I informed her that, I will cancel the debit order mandates if I do not get clear direction and information about what progress they are making on my account,she promised to have someone call me to give me an update and still nothing.

****mers and bad customer service, Thank God I did not sign the Debit order contract they sent me and will be cancelling the mandate,simple communication they fail.
