****mers (Erase Dept SA & Increase My Credit Score)

I am beyond furious with Erase Debt SA. These people are nothing but outright ****mers. I paid them R6000 back in February, and to this day, I’ve received absolutely nothing in return. They promised assistance within 21 days — well, it’s been nearly two months and I’ve gotten zero help, zero feedback, and zero results. Every time I call, I get the same pathetic excuse: “We’ll get back to you.” And guess what? They never do.

Now they’ve reached a new level of disrespect — they won’t even answer my calls anymore. Imagine that. I’ve had enough. I don’t even want their so-called help anymore — I want my money back. Every cent. I’m disgusted and deeply disappointed by their unprofessionalism, their lies, and their utter disregard for people who trusted them.

They even had the audacity to respond to my previous review with lies just to save face in public. That’s how shameless they are. Well, I’m done being polite. I’m escalating this matter as far as I need to, no matter the cost. I won’t stop until this is dealt with properly. They’ve gone too far, and I refuse to let them get away with this.
