I wish I had gone through these reviews for signing up with these ****mers!
I have been paying for 4 months now and nothing has happened to my credit account. Instead my score has been getting lower.
I've contacted them on numerous occasions and they are just nonchalant and only emphasize that I will not be getting a refund. I wanted to pull out after the first debit then Nicole contacted me then literally ghosted me after that! This is my most recent email to them. I doubt they'll ever fix my credit.

I've paid my 5th installment to erase debt sa, and still do not have any positive update on my account.
My last payment "as agreed" is on February 2025. Please advise on what the procedure is, what to expect next as I know communication is terrible when it comes to this company.
I've emailed you multiple times to no response. Hoping that in the new year I'll get a different reaction.
