Good day My name is Mrs B Sheila Nkabinde. I have a complain about this company (erase Debt SA) on their logo .they promised to help with debt review removals and it was advertised on social media (tik Tok) and I called them and thr promised to call back which they did,and I explained to the agent that myself and my sister'Khabo Mercy Ntuli'we are having a similar problem due to the debt review and they checked our statues and came back to me and told me that the can remove that status at a cost of R2300 each.i agreed and paid them R4600 for both and while I was busy that agent on calls I'd explained that we paid at Shoprite for the printING of ITC and got another print out from old mutual and the old debt for both were prescribed due to the length of years.the problem was the debt review

And they said they were going to help us about that and it will take 3 weeks or more .They send some documents and said they were done,only to find out nothing was done!when I called to find out I was told I have to do it own my own and I've paid already.

i would like my money back from them because no help was serviced from them .I thank you
