I feel like I was ****med

I am taking legal action against them. I paid them in advance so they could fast track the process of removing the debt review flag from my credit profile. Once they had received all the payments, updates stopped coming, emails were not responded to and calls would get cut off. They promised to resolve the matter within 6-8 weeks from October 2024, 6 months later, nothing had been done and I had to get my clearance processed on my own through my debt councillor. When I threatened legal action, they called to tell me the same story they had told me in October.

I would like a full refund because they failed to meet the contractual agreement.
