Highly disappointed 😢

I paid their services in full. It now going to be two years my matter is still hanging. I wrote a review and I was called by the guy called Deon and we had interaction on which I requested a refund and he said they don’t give refund. He assured me that he will handle my matter by himself to ensure it resolved. He called me and told me he received a prescription letter from Nimble and he forwarded the matter to the relevant department who will call and advise me of the next step to be taken it’s been weeks and still no one called me . I send him emails he doesn’t reply. I don’t trust anything about them anymore. Can someone advise me what steps I can take?
