Extremely Poor Service

I signed up for Debt Removal in January 2025 (on a Sunday) but requested cancellation the following day. Although they tried to call me without success, I promptly responded to their email within 24 hours, providing my availability. Despite clearly stating I was no longer interested and requesting the cancellation of the debit order scheduled for 7 February 2025, I have not received confirmation. Now, on 6 February 2025, I’ve received an SMS reminder about the debit order. I urgently request that the debit order be stopped and my cancellation processed immediately.
