EXCESSIVE POOR Service

What absolute horrific experience, i signed up with them nearly years ago, an agent with the name of Poobeshan phoned me promising me to assist with removing the debt review and judgements from my name, He was quick to arrange for the payment to go down, I then battled for an entire Year for the process to start, Regardless of NUMEROUS phone calls, emails with so called "I am sorry phone calls and emails, it still took a year to be processed, I have send the same requesting documents so many times in that year i cant even keep track

Eventually a Roxanne phoned me with a lot of apologies and explanations and back office procedures which i don't see how i am involved and should care about,

I was then informed by Roxanne that i now have to pay an additional fee of R1000 due to them splitting and all things, the money was deducted on the 25th of October very conveniently,

Since 25 October 2024 to date i have not had any response, I phoned again and the agent did not even find the alternative details which was suppose to be completed on my name, this Roxanne is ignoring me flat out.

The service held with them is honestly of manipulated information from the agents who only works up to the point of receiving their commission and you then end up in some cycle without any person willing to actually provide the service so called promised to you

IT therefore becomes a **** where you pay and pay and pay and each time its takes a huge amount of time to get feedback just to here that their systems have changed and you have to pay more money

Receiving Feedback or actual progress is nothing but difficulty upon difficulty
