Erase Debt- very bad and no professional staff.

Erase Debt SA has poor service and no communication as all. They only communicate when request assistance from Hello Peter. Even now i used Penny's account to complain and only then they get back to me.A very rude lady with no information of mine and is telling me that Zoey Resigned hence there was no communication. I have been struggling with the for the past 3 years with no proper communication or response. I paid them well to assist me, but they are dragging their feet. Can hellopeter assist me to get another provider and i want my money back from them as i have waisted my time with calls and emails for the past 3 years.
