******* Erase Debt SA Never Paid my Refund As yet...
Good day, I joined to erase debts but after few minutes i then cancelled. Management phoned me asking what happened I then told I have changed my mind. I then requested Debts SA NOT to debit from my account, the colored guy told they will deduct my money since thge have my banking details and also accepted the debit on my app....I was thinking he was joking as they accepted that I cancelled the deal. A month later Erase Debt SA debited from my bank account....I called management and complaint but it's 3 days now ....no refund received and no action plan given to me.....Amanda promised to callback and she never did and now its 3 days, Promising to callback is their delay tactic....Erase Debt SA employed unprofessional employees they don't deliver as promised Please be aware guys these people they are very ******* and they not paying refunds.

After the first debit order was processed, we received your cancellation request. In response, we immediately stopped any future debits, but we also informed you that your initial payment would be treated as the cancellation fee, as work had already begun on your process on our end.
