Erase debt poor service

Erase debt SA has such poor service. I have paid my fees for their service in full , submitted all the necessary documents, followed all the instructions. I have called their firm and all contact numbers and all of them are off, the only number I got hold of was the landline, I expressed my concerns and the consultant said on numerous occasions they will call me back within 48hrs, I have been waiting and waiting for weeks now , all I want is them to stick to their word and deliver on their services I paid R6000+ for. This is really unacceptable and very poor service,the turn around time was 4-6weeks after paying in full, It's been almost 12weeks since I made my final payment and not even a phone call or email to acknowledge that I'm paid in full. Their service that they provide is essential but they getting a bad reputation for not delivering satisfactory customer service. I wouldn't recommend their company to anyone due to the poor service
