Erase debt ****med

I would like to take this opportunity to share the experience with so called erase debt. On the first of June my money was debited without my concern. R1026 was taken from my account without debicheck approval, I did not accept the debicheck even now when I check is still pending but the money is gone. I try to contact the company to return back my money and they told me that I did accept debicheck. I have a proof that the debicheck was not accepted and even the debit order mandate was not sign all proof of this I have it. This people they are not good at all something must be done with this company I'm not happy anymore. I just need the company to debit my money back. Now I'm struggling to put food on the table because of this people. When I phone them they told me that the will investigate but now they communicate with me by whatsapp but I was calling them. No paper work or contract was sign with this company.
