ERASE DEBT AND SOUTH AFRICAN CREDIT SCORE SOLUTIONS ARE THE SAME and u will be wasting your money
I am having an absolute nightmare with this company. I contacted "South African Credit Score Solutions" after seeing their ad on Facebook. Signed up paid over R5000 and they said they will hand over my profile to their lawyers which are “Erase Debts SA”. Whatever you do, DON'T sign up anything with them. I am well aware of my credit profile and when i contacted them, i was very specific that i want to increase my score and clear any query/ account that hinders my application when i go to a financial institution. They promised they would sort it out. I approved their debit order and over R5000 was deducted. Nobody bothered to call me, instead i was the one calling them every single day to follow up. Eventually they sent me a report and they basically gave me a middle finger and said they can't help me. All they can do is give me tips to improve my credit score. So i paid over R5000 just to get TIPS on how to improve my score. I tried to review them on Facebook, i was instantly blocked. I can't access their pages anymore. Been trying to access their social media profiles coz they have plenty and i get blocked. When i call and request to someone higher, they tell me they can't. But they will get someone to call me. NOBODY EVER CALLED. So please save yourself from this bad company and do not run to them for any assistance coz YOU WILL NOT BE HELPED. They are the worst! They will take ur money and refuse to help u.

On 07/08/2024, we sent you the required documents, and we received the completed documents back from you on 03/09/2024. Following this, we sent you the 4-in-1 credit report on 10/09/2024.
As part of our ongoing support, our admin team provided feedback on 13/09/2024, informing you that certain enquiries on your credit report will only expire next year.
We understand that this may be a bit frustrating, should you have any further questions or need additional clarification, please feel free to reach out.

19 Dec 2024, 20:02You are not telling the truth. YOU ARE LYING ON A PUBLIC PLATFORM. Those enquiries expire on their own after 12 months but when i spoke to the agent who signed me up, u guys said you remove these things from the profile immediately. And help increase the score. NONE OF THIS WAS DONE. All you guys did was send me a report and tell me to contact you in a year coz nothing was done. I only got advise on how to improve the credit score on my own so basically i paid R6000 to get tips and be told to call after a year. I was very specific on what i wanted done and i was rest assured it would be done. I know my credit profile. None of anything that i wrote on the affidavits you guys made me write was done after promising me that what i wanted would be done. Even after payment was done, NOBODY CALLED i was the one repeatedly calling. Numbers wouldn’t go through, WhatsApp goes unanswered and i was ignored. Luckily i saw the debicheck mandate sent to me via email and numbers were there. Either my number got dropped or I was told someone will call me back. NOBODY DID but i didn’t give up, i kept calling until i spoke to someone. Then u made me write an affidavit. STILL i had to call numerous times to get someone to attend to my affidavit. After that, all you did was generate a credit report and tell me nothing can be done, i must call after a year. Yet that was not what i was promised when i took this up. I am fully aware of my credit report because I get everything through transunion and experian but i let u guys do ur job coz yal insisted. And all that u could do is tell me nothing can be done i must call after a year. Even requested to speak to a manager who was SOOOOO RUDE!!! U all are a bunch of ****s preying on desperate people. Even when i review on facebook I GET BLOCKED. There’s another group i SO WISH i saw before losing money to your company where people complained about the exact same thing. U all have a bad reputation for not helping people but very quick at taking people’s monies. It’s fine. I already got helped by another company who removed credit enquiries ur stupid company failed to remove. Process took only 2 weeks and i paid less than half the price what yol charged. U can carry on with your **** but i hope my experience and this review reaches the necessary people so they can be very careful about dealing with yol. I accept my losses from yol. But i hope the next person does not go through what i went through. U tell people lies to get their monies and then never do what yol promised. It’s FINE! I accept my loss!!! But be honest with people. Don’t rush for sales and sell people dreams u can’t deliver
