Debt review clearance

I have paid this company for over 3 years now, they have not a single day contacted me. I everytime call but with no feedback as to where my application for clearance progress, i have sent several emails, sent all docs they required and all my acc I paid i have paid up letters of my acc and my frustration is no communication from them. Am sick to my stomach to be running after them
