appreciate how promptly Roxanne Sanmugam responds to emails
appreciate how promptly Roxanne Sanmugam responds to emails. I've had disappointing customer experience from 2021 to 2025 until I interacted with Roxanne. I was accustomed to delayed replies and blue ticks. I was convinced Erase Debt was a **** as not even management was helpful, until Roxanne came around. Thank you
