Deductions made for no service agreement concluded or services rendered. At no point did I provide a Letter of Authority or any signed consent authorizing Erase Debt SA to act on my behalf or to deduct funds from my account.
I did not agree to nor request any services from your organization, and no services were rendered to me.
I signed no power of attorney ceding my legal rights
Despite my request, I have not received any call recordings or signed agreements that would justify these deductions.
The deductions from my account are therefore ******** and constitute a breach of my consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Accordingly, I hereby demand the following:
An immediate refund of all deductions made to date for services not requested or rendered.
Written confirmation that no further deductions will be made from my account without my explicit and signed consent.
A full record of any documentation or consent your company alleges I provided.
Should this matter not be resolved within 7 business days of this letter, I will have no alternative but to escalate my complaint to the National Consumer Commission, the Ombudsman for Banking Services, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
