Not happy at all and don't understand they're policy. I app**** to be removed from debt review and because I didn't have cash for the process they will debit a certain amount for 5/6 months and will only start the process once I've paid the whole amount which was debited for 3 months, now found a company that is giving me a consolidation loan and because am under debt review they further offered to remove me from debt review and the money will deducted from the loan and started with the process immediately. Now I call erase debt telling them this and that I won't be needing they're services. I thought these people will tell me OK from the amount you've already paid we will deduct this much for administrative fees no they tell me I don't get anything back how does that work so even if I was left with a month they were gonna take all my money as though I owe them and administration fees wouldnt be that much even if I went to a lawyer I feel they taking advantage of such situation
