Disgusting after sale service

What a terrible experience I have had with Erabella Hair Extensions. I cannot post on their facebook page.. so here I vent ? I paid almost R5000 for extensions and fitment done by Aileen in CT. No problems at all with her service. After almost three months later I have my hair done at a salon and have extensions taken out and I was told this is not Erabella quality. So I take it further and get told over the phone by CAREL the MD of Erabella in CT that he doesnt know what I have done to the hair so he wont replace them. The worst customer experience by him and he even put the phone down in my ear. Disgusted by the after care service!!! Got negative attitide from him from the first minute I spoke to him. So sad when someone doesn't care about clients. #erabella #disgusted #neveragain
