Worst rental agency

We moved into our place in Klerksdorp on 25/03/2020. Paid the deposit of R6950, rent of R6950, a water deposit of R1000 and R850 for an admin fee. This we had to borrow because we didn't have this amount. We asked for 3 months for a inspection list, eventually received it, completed it and send it back. We received R2000 back on out deposit after sending proof to the agent and owner that we did not damage what they said we did. Not even a reply from the agency. Ridiculous.
