Unprofessional Treatment by ERA Real Estate Agency – A Disappointing Experience

This is my daughter’s first experience searching for her own place after completing her studies, and she was incredibly excited when she found a lovely home in Leeuwenhof Estate. However, her excitement quickly turned into disappointment due to the rude and unprofessional treatment she received from the owner of ERA Real Estate Agency Pretoria East. As a young person navigating this process for the first time, she was shocked by how poorly she was treated. It is deeply concerning that an estate agent would engage with potential tenants in such a dismissive and unkind manner. Frankly, even a one-star rating feels too generous, but unfortunately, there is no option to give them zero. I believe this behaviour should be reported, and I sincerely hope that the owners of Leeuwenhof Estate are aware of how prospective tenants are being treated.
