Unprofessional service

To whom this may concern.<br> <br> I would like to inform your company that I'm totally disappointed with the unprofessional service that we have received from one of your agents Chantelle Jones.<br> <br> I made an appointment last week with her to go and view two houses on Saturday @ 14h00. She said that she will confirm our appointment and totally failed to so. Saturday morning I phoned her to confirm our appointment and she said that she is running late, and asked if we can postpone it to 14h30, which I agreed to. I requested that she SMS me the address of the first property. <br> <br> We arrived at the property in Daphne Str, Mountainview and waited for Chantelle. At 14h45 we drove off again, she never pitched up for her appointment with us , and till now we haven't received any communication from her to apologize for her unprofessional service.
