Unhappy client

Era failed to give me notice about my tenant giving notice. When I asked about my rent, they said they would send me an email that the tenant sent in May...it was already July. The tenant gave notice end May, but I had not known. I could not request an ad or be proactive searching for a new tenant. I'm seeking help, because I feel like the principle is not assisting me in any way. I am in arrears because Era did not notify me in time.
