Totally UNPROFESSIONAL

This is the worst property agency I have came accross! Firstly there is absolutely NO client service from this agency. Since we moved we had problems with them not comming out to check on the problems of the rental property. You just get ignored and if you contact them the dealer principal Rheta de Beer have a discuting rude attitude. At the end we had to do most of the cleaning and fixes ourself. They only send out people to change 2 locks some lights that was extremly high what we couldnt reach and 2 remotes. But are quick when we moved out to charge us for things that we had to live with when we moved in. Our deposit payback was due at the en of April not to our suprise WE ARE STILL AWAITING OUR DEPOSIT PAYBACK? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSSINESS WITH THEM
