Sold property under false pretence.
I wanted to buy a flat with a garage from Nadia. An agent for ERA Real Estate in Century City Cape Town. I was ******* into buying a flat without a garage. I also enquired about the tenant's lease. I was told by the manager that the money will not be transferred to the owner while there is still a tenant in the flat. Now I do not trust anything and I refused to accept the property with so many discrepancies. Now I am being threatened by the manager and the agent. And I so want to get out of this deal.

24 Jan 2020, 11:19This client is in breach of her contract and the sellers transferring attorney is taking action against her. The client has met all the suspensive conditions of sale and now refuses to sign the sale documents as she wants a different property. ERA would like a public apology.
