Rude and bully

Atrocious service at their Witbank/ Emalahleni branch. They have not fixed broken tiles 7 months later which were broken when i moved in. The agent Latifah is a bully and rude. They send 2 months water bills of R1300 at once and demand for it to be settled immediately. They have no people skills whatsoever. Would not recommend at all. Find a different urgent!!! They just are like a bunch of ******
