Not receiving quick response on urgent matters
This is the second urgent matter we have brought under Ina Grobler's attention and again we are waiting over 2 days to get the matter resolved. Last time we waited for about 2 weeks until our problem was solved. <br> <br> We are paying a lot of money for the house we are living in, the least Era Real Estate Kathu can do is to give us a good service!!
