NO SERVICE FROM ERA REAL ESTATE AGENCY NEWCASTLE

Receiving NO service from ERA Newcastle Since 24 Jan'22 I have reported maintenance issues to ERA Newcastle, the Agent and the owner of the townhouse. I reported the same maintenance issues again to the agent and owner and Still NO response AGAIN AND AGAIN - 15 March'22; 11 April'22; 18 April'22; 28 Apr'22 and 2nd of May'22 WHAT TO DO?
