Four months to refund rental deposit

Disappointing and frustrating service from their Centurion Branch. I had to make numerous calls and send several emails asking for my deposit on a rental to be paid to me. Not once, did they reach out to me to enquire about their lack of clarity on why I should get my money back. Even after being promised I would get my money at the end of February 2024, I had to again phone and email in March to remind them to pay me. Eventually, I only received my money a few days later. So, 4 months to get a refund? I will not use this company again.
