ERA RUSTENBURG RENTAL FLAT

<p>There most horrible service I have ever came across I would never advise any one to take rental with era rustenburg, there rental agent who deals with us is very very rude, we renting through them its about a year now, when we have maintance queries she never takes forever to help us, we had water lackage in the bathroom which we reported 3weeks back now, they only fixed it yesterday, today we have despite of there water bill that there lackage that has affected our water bill who will pay for it, she send me an email with confidence saying if you dont have municipality will cut of there water and " you will pay for there re-connection service, this is what I call **** service, we know our rights we not fools to pay for there bill that era didnt want to fix, you are pathetic....Guys never go rent with ERA RUSTENBURG they are horrible, no customer service! We will not pay for there service we didnt use never!</p>
