ERA REAL ESTATE- NEWCASTLE ARE WORST STAY AWAY

Bought a house with ERA Newcastle which was transferred in 25 November 2022. After transfer the Estate Agent blocked me when I wanted to report an emergency in the house. In a months time had these issues I.e. leaks, some plugs were not working whereas there COC, geyser installed by ERA and they reported that their constructor will install it. ERA constructor named Willie installed geyser without geyser tray and pipes that takes water out and I had to buy those items, worse he use cheap plastic pipes. I have a new geyser guess what, after 20 days the geyser has burst 2 times and damaged the whole house as I was renovating. Initially one of the owners said they will intervene and ended up saying that they are not liable for that I should tell the insurance. These companies go as far as buying COCs and use cheap labour to do their work and leave you and state that they are not liable. It's been 2 months after buying that house but I've experienced so much. Lately they say the seller this and that, the same seller I don't know and the seller they said according to POPI they are the only one communicating with seller. Stay away from this company when buying property in Newcastle they have worse service they do not care about clients but money. Their service is terrible.
