Era Steer Blaauwberg in Tableview, Cape Town, rent out my apartment for me. Since last year's October, I received no explanations from them about deductions from my rent? They don't send me a contract as I was informed they rent it out without a contract. This is an ongoing problem and my efforts to contact ERA Steer Head Office, and EAAB also helps nothing. The EAAB also since last year don't answer my questions. Are they protecting ******* activities from Estate agents? These people take 12% from our rent which is to high anyway and then they are allowed to ***** our money without explaining anything or professional convesations. Who is supposed to protect clients from Estate agents?
