ERA pretoria East have outdone themselves, especially an agent called Sharon. I saw a listing under her name and immediately called her. She told me no one had viewed the place yet and that should I apply I would basically be the first. I told her I need the place for 31 January 2025. She told me to fill in the application form and send documents then she will organise a viewing in the meantime. I sent her all documents. To cut a long story short, a week later I had to call her office to find out why is she so quite. She then tells me she forgot about me! Never sent anything through a whole week later!! She then “supposedly sent the docs to a landlord of the house” 2 days later I am told the landlord went with a different candidate. I can only assume what criteria she used to select her prefered candidate This agent wasted my time by giving me false hope and suddenly forgetting about my docs. Sharon what a horrible work ethic!
