ERA PRETORIA EAST - UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! ERA Pretoria East are useless. We worked with a agent named Dudu Mokolobate, we viewed the house, and we were happy, we asked her when we can move in, and she promised us that coming weekend, we filled in all the paperwork, paid the deposit and lease upfront. When the weekend arrived and we asked her for our keys, she kept giving excuses, one after the other. She then cancelled the lease agreement because she was in the wrong and doesn't know how to treat clients. She wasted our time! When you try contacting the offices the phone doesn't even ring, we have mailed them multiple times, no one gets back to you. Please do yourself a favour and NEVER use them to rent a property!! I'm glad her true colours showed now, if we had to struggle this much just to get a key, I don't even want to imagine how we would have struggled if we had to report something at the house. She is the most unprofessional agent I have ever met. I hope anyone that wants to rent from her reads this at first. She promises a lot but delivers nothing.
