Deposit Refund Issues

I used to have a rental contract with ERA Ermelo, the rental lease came to an end in November 2017. It has been two weeks since I left the property and I still have not received my deposit and when I question the agent she tells me that she will send the funds when she is ready!!! I had advised the agent that I need the cash for other reasons and she told me that I should not rush her with the funds. What confuses me is that before I moved in i had to pay the deposit and rent at the same time which was no issue but now that i have to get my refund I have issues. I last spoke to the agent the recent Monday and she hasn't said anything since then about my refund. I find this to be poor service because if I did a similar thing with rent then we would have had issues so I don't understand why I'm having issues with my deposit refund.
