Building Structural failures

I purchased a new house from ERA in 2014. In 2015 it started getting cracks on the wall already. In April 2016 the cracks were too much and some so severe that I could put my 4 fingers through at once. There were other defects on the roofing structure, cement slab around the house, gate and garage ramp. I then reported my dissatisfaction to the agent (Erich) that sold me the house.

A contractor was sent and did confirm that the damages were not maintenance related. I was promised that all cracks will be fixed, slab around the house which is broken and detached from the wall will be replaced to paving and the ramp infront of the garage will be fixed as it is currently directing water into the house.

Not so long after my report, the interior cracks were repaired, but that was it. All other defects were never attended. In August I wrote an email to ERA (Erich, Sanet, Sashqia) reminding them of what still needs attention. A contractor was sent again to confirm my complaint. He made promises to repair my house but even today, my house looks like a wreck.
