Bad service and never kept thair promises

I rented a house by them and everything was fine except thay never cept their promises thay never fixed enyting that was wrong with the house my roof leaked on my bed and even after living there for a year thay never once even came to look at the roof and after we moved thay started over charging me for thing that wherent even my fault
