Bad agency

Disappointed is an understatement with the agency. Purchasing a house alone is such a Rollercoaster and having an agent who absolutely seemed so good in the beginning but made the process seem like our money is not good enough so why give them the best treatment. We purchased a house, it was registered on our name on the day of August we asked the person occupying the property to be out by the Monday. They had 3 days we were told he has no where to go we communicated with through the agent. We then said then occupational rent need to be pd and the agent said the person agreed but will only have money on the 20th. The person stayed for another week. Today is ²²nd we have spoken to the agent he forwards a message that the person sent him saying he has no agreement with us and will not pay anything all we can do is collect the keys. Mind you we already have the keys so I realized this message is an old message and that the agent **** to us when he said the person will pay us. To top it off qhen keys were handed over we made Ana appointment set a time and on our way to the house he says unfortunately he doesn't have the keys yet we had another appointment that day that we couldn't miss and he couldn't do for another day we had to make a plan to have the keys dropped off at someone's house close by to the property. So that is how we were handed our keys. It felt as if our hard earned money is just being thrown at us with no appreciation nothing to show how happy he is we chose him as our agent. When we moved in the one window is broken a big hole in which was not there the house is a complete mess the ******* and old stuff of the person who stayed was left laying in the lounge and the kitchen. We have had to pay people to remove it and when we saw the geyser is old completely damaged and we were not shown the garage upon viewing because it could open apparently and how lovely the tap in the kitchen has such a bad leak . I feel so down and ERA just kicked us while we are down. If anyone has advise please share. Thank you I will be post on Facebook as well
