Pathetic Customer Service

I have made numerous enquiries online with regards to a watch that i wanted to purchase. I have called the store, have made comments online with no response. I donot know what kind of customer service this is, as one would think that a retail store would want to sell their merchandise. I feel that if the watch is not available, or other reasons that may occur, someone should at least respond to customers. This is really pathetic serice, having such a well known brand more care should be taken. All emails sent have been kept as well as calls made where people handling queries have no customer service.
