ORDER 60409

I bought the watch from Era Watches in April the 19th, I sent an email to [Email Removed] to advise that I am not happy with the quality of the watch as the colour is fading. The ladies advised that I must send the watch back via post office, due to personal commitments, I couldn't send it back after the response in August. I then made time out of my busy schedule and sent it on the 6th of November. The initial lady that that I spoke to advised me that I have 6 months to return this watch as per their warranty. I then checked the Warranty clause on the website and it says 12 months. I am not sure why they are lying to me. The a lady by the name of Vuyiseka told in her own words that the Amplified brand that I bought had a lots of complaint and they discontinued it, I am being unfair for wanting a refund now, This is within 12 months as their policy, I WANT MY MONEY BACK
