Terrible Ambulance service

Terrible service in South Africa,durban, my dad got sick and I called in for an ambulance, we waited over 3 hours and still no ambulance showed up,this is utterly disgusting service, people could lose their lives and the ambulance will still not show,they say that there's not even one available vehicle,you guys are damn useless.
