Rude collection agent from ER24

<p>In February i had an incident at work and an ambulance was called on my behalf. Fortunately ER24 came to the rescue. 15/11/2016 i received a call rom an collections agent by the name of Joel who was very rude. Firstly he did not even introduce himself. He just said, i quote "yey yey yey pay ER24 R3000.00 " I asked him why was i not informed earlier i could have made a payment arrangement, he rudely answered me by saying lorgically you knw that when you collarpse some1 will call an ambulance and you have to pay for the service.</p>
