Reckless driving & non response by the call centre

Hi there, <br> <br> I lodged a complaint with your call centre to inform them of negligent and dangerous driving of one of your bake drivers and I have not heard back as to what was done to this individual, nor have I had an apology for this. <br> The driver shot through a red traffic light, nearly missing my family in the car in front of me who swerved into the emergency lane not to be hit. The ER24 driver then corrected themselves and was behind another car and squashed my wife off the road again so that they could get past. They then raced up the road at a ridiculous speed and when they approached the next red traffic lights which were red they went in to the oncoming traffic and went through. This vehicle had no sirens and blatantly disregarded the safety of other motorists on the road. The call centre have not had the decency to follow up with me on this.
